Mr. Izevbigie, a co-Founder and Practice Lead for Human Capital Strategy, is a seasoned Human Resources (HR) professional with extensive experience acquired in oil and gas industry, research institute and multi-lateral international development organizations. He was successful in providing organizations, departments and business units with dedicated and exemplary HR client support at various levels.
Mr. Izevbigie’s professional achievements include but not limited to managing and actively supporting the formulation and implementation of HR platforms for fostering organizational effectiveness and growth. He made notable contributions towards establishing and developing high performing teams leveraging his core expertise in strategic and advisory HR line support, staff & capacity development, organizational development, and talent acquisition, amongst others.
Mr. Izevbigie, led The World Bank division’s development and implementation of HR programs and services (work force planning, staff performance evaluation, talent acquisition, policy interpretation, case management, ethics management, staff compensation, exit management). He managed numerous workforce development program, succession planning and professional mapping exercises that significantly improved retention and development of critical human capital.
Prior to joining The World Bank, Mr. Izevbigie developed HR Staff Learning Needs and Programs into Corporate wide Learning Initiatives at Shell Petroleum Nigeria. He was responsible for managing and allocating the corporate Learning Budget while improving skill acquisition of staff.
At International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (Nigeria), Mr. Izevbigie managed national staff succession, staff rotation, internal transfers and job classification initiatives.
Mr. Izevbigie holds an MA Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a BSc in Business Administration from The American College of Greece. He is a graduate of the Ashridge/Shell International Personnel Management Certificate Program, the Wharton/AHRMIO Human Capital Leadership Program, the Linkage/DePaul University – The Organizational Development Certificate Program and the Dartmouth Tuck Executive Education – Advanced Organizational Development.
